All DRT bookings will be taken by Stirling Council. The council will control the bookings to make the service more cost effective, accurate and reduce time required to check invoices. A dedicated telephone number will be provided with a single number for all bookings to be staffed betweek 09:00 and 15:00

DRT bookings will be possible between 09:00 and 15:00 Mondays to Fridays, no later than the working day before the day of travel.

A new booking system for a council-backed rural transport service has been launched in Stirling giving customers a simpler and more flexible way of booking and managing their journeys.

It is a shared service for everyone, regardless of age or disability and users do not have to be a resident within a DRT scheme area or within Stirlingshire.

Whether it be to connect to a regular bus or train service, go to the shops, the doctor, the dentist, work, visit friends or for tourists to visit local attractions, DRT helps people to get out and about in the community.

Registration and bookings for DRT can be made at www.stirling.gov.uk/drt allowing users to manage journeys 24 hours a day/7 days a week, manage all your bookings whenever it suits you, reschedule or cancel bookings easily and receive email notifications.
